What is it?

Power BCAAs are BCAAs with a ratio of 2.1.1, the 3 essential branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine) involved in muscle metabolism and particularly at the level of recovery and reconstruction of muscle fibers after exercise.

The 2.1.1 ratio indicates that there is 2x more Leucine than isoleucine and Valine, the leucine, which it is the amino acid with the most anabolic properties.


These three amino acids are called "essential "because the human body is unable to synthesize them at sufficient speed. To meet our needs, it is therefore necessary to provide them through food. They are also called "branched-chain amino acids" or BCAA (branched-chain amino acid).

These BCAAs are of interest in sports nutrition since they are the only amino acids whose first stage of degradation is ensured by the muscles. In other words, they are the first to be degraded during muscular effort. They represent at least 1/3 of the essential amino acids entering into the composition of muscle proteins. In fact, these amino acids have many interests and benefits relating to the optimization of muscle synthesis, but also to energy and hormonal metabolism. BCAAs Powder can therefore be taken before, during or after an intense training session.

In order to maximize their assimilation and effectiveness, vitamin B1 and B6 have been added. Vitamin B6 contributes to optimal metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates, it also reduces feelings of fatigue.


Directions for use:

Take 1 scoop during training. It is also possible to take a scoop before exercise and after your workout.

Allergens : May contain traces of gluten, eggs, milk, fish and soy .


Do not give to children, pregnant women, do not exceed the recommended daily dose .

Nutritional information

Ingredient: L-leucine , L-isoleucine, L-valine, acid: citric acid; stabilizers: sucrose esters of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; aromas, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; dye: carotenes; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1).

Dissolve 1 scoop (5.7g) of product in 100-150ml of water or your training bottle and take once a day.
