What is it?

Massive Weight Gainer is a supplement that provides protein, carbohydrates and fats with the aim of helping you gain muscle mass or just increase your daily energy intake.

Composition

Massive Weight gainer is one of the few weight gain products with such a clean composition, all carbohydrates are only provided by natural foods such as:

• Whole rice flour
• Whole grain oat flour
• Buckwheat flour
• Kamou flour
• Whole grain flour e Quinoa

Most gainers are essentially composed of maltodextrin, dextrose and additives of all kinds.

You can consider taking a supplement for weight gain in the following cases:

Dosage

Stir or mix one serving (150g powder) in 300 ml of water. It is recommended to consume 1-2 servings per day.

Preferably 1 serving before or after training

NOTE: Mix the shake in water , the taste is already excellent. To intensify the taste even more, possibly mix the shake with low-fat milk. Add 150g of powder to 350-400ml of milk.
