What is it?

Yamamoto® Research Melatovil® is a melatonin dietary supplement.

Everyone produces daily melatonin which is a substance secreted mainly by the epiphysis (pineal gland) especially when it is dark. It is essential to our body so that it is always perfectly adjusted to the sleep-wake cycle (circadian rhythm, more info below)

Melatovil® is a supplement based on melatonin, which is mainly used for sleep disorders, especially for insomnia due to external causes (such as, for example, jet lag, shift work, etc.), but it also promotes sleep-wake rhythm regulation for those who simply have trouble falling asleep.

This substance works, in fact, very well in the initial phase of insomnia since it reduces the time necessary to fall asleep by slowing down the functions of the body, thus promoting rest.

Melatovil® comes in the form of drops allowing a practical and precise dosage according to needs. It is recommended to take it approximately 30-60 minutes before going to bed to promote the arrival of sleep signals and then falling asleep, thus improving the quality and duration of sleep and fighting against nocturnal awakenings.

Ingredients: water, stabilizer: glycerol, flavourings, acid: citric acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate, melatonin, sweetener: sucralose.

Advice for use: Take 20 drops (1 ml) once a day, diluted in water, in the evening before going to bed.
