What is it?

PeptoBol® is a supplement based on peptides derived from milk proteins (caseins). It contains only the raw material Peptopro® which offers amino acids in the form of di and tri-peptides (70-80% hydrolyzate), which do not need digestion and are quickly absorbed and used by the body. PeptoBol® is indicated for athletes with prolonged physical activity to limit muscle catabolism during training and, on the contrary, support the growth of muscle mass.

PeptoBol® is uniquely composed of Peptopro®, a highly advanced hydrolyzate of caseins. It contains no sweeteners, flavorings and almost no carbohydrates or lactose.

Peptopro® is a unique formulation of highly hydrolyzed casein protein. Hydrolyzation makes it possible to obtain amino acids in the form of di- and tri-peptides, much smaller molecules. This form is that obtained after digestion of proteins in the intestine. The advantage of hydrolysates is therefore that they provide proteins directly in their assimilable form, without having to go through the "digestion" box. Peptopro® is therefore designed with the aim of instantly delivering amino acids to the muscles.

The advantage of consuming amino acids in pre-digested form during and directly after intense muscular effort makes it possible to meet the particularly increased needs of the muscles during these periods. In addition, the body's digestive capacity decreases during intense effort due to the limited blood flow in the digestive organs (all blood flow is concentrated towards the muscles and the heart). Thus, since here the amino acids are directly in assimilable form, there is no need for digestion and they can be delivered directly to the muscles (even during digestive disorders) . This also ensures digestive comfort even when consumed during training, which is often problematic when consuming whey during intra-training.

The benefit of consuming amino acids during exercise is to protect muscles against catabolism and reduce muscle damage. This intake also makes it possible to promote protein synthesis (anabolism) necessary to increase muscle mass (particularly during the "anabolic window" when the muscle cells have increased absorption capacity) and increased endurance (reduced physical fatigue). Finally, taking amino acids during and/or after training can accelerate recovery, reduce DOMS (delayed onset muscle pain) and to increase post-exercise insulin secretion which allows the rapid resynthesis of muscle glycogen.

Dissolve 2 scoops (25g) in water once a day
