What is it?
EGG+ is a protein supplement of high solubility egg whites suitable for a diet requiring proteins of high biological value.
Important indices such as the chemical score and the biological value (BV, biological value) use the egg as a reference protein. In fact, the highest value (100) is assigned to the whole egg.
Egg white protein is the alternative to whey protein. Compared to plant sources, it has a better amino acid profile due to the excellent balance of essential amino acids. It is a good solution for those who wish to increase the protein intake of their diet without introducing excess fat.
Egg protein digestion times are intermediate between the fastest whey proteins and the slowest caseins, thus providing good satiating power.
Composition
The first advantage of egg protein is that it has a fairly slow assimilation rate. It is considered that the body cannot assimilate more than 3 grams of egg protein per hour. It is therefore rather a powder to be used during the day, as a snack or just before going to bed rather than around training, like whey/isolate/hydrolysate.
Another advantage of the egg is its biological value, which is 100 and serves as a benchmark for all other proteins. In addition, it contains all the amino acids that are essential for the human body in an ideal proportion.
Finally, egg protein does not contain lactose unlike many other protein powders, which are mostly made from milk or cheese. It is therefore suitable for those who are intolerant or for vegetarians.
Secondly, it contains all the essential amino acids. Its manufacturing method by pasteurization makes it possible to obtain egg protein powder with an assimilation going from 50% (raw white) to 99% (cooked white). No doubt it's an excellent source of protein!

Nutritional information
Ingredients: Egg white , spices, emulsifier: soya lecithin , sweeteners: acesulfame-K, sucralose; vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL).
Directions for use: Mix 3 full scoops (30g) in 200ml of water and take once a day, preferably with breakfast.
