Nutritional information

Directions for use: 1 capsule per day with water.

Precautions for use: Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume more than 60 µg and 70 µg of selenium per day.

In case of type 2 diabetes, it should be noted that its consumption, over a prolonged period, could have an impact, by causing an increase in the levels.

In certain rare cases, it can trigger allergies. Similarly, taking it is contraindicated in cases of goiter (enlargement of the thyroid gland).

Certain drugs intended to neutralize gastric acidity or to limit its production in the stomach as well as antihistamines, can reduce its absorption. Prolonged use of corticosteroids can reduce selenium levels in the blood. It should also be noted that a diet rich in vitamin C, fiber or phosphorus, can reduce its assimilation within the body.
