Legionarius is a dietary supplement designed to be taken during your workout. It is an intra-workout complex of isomaltulose (Palatinose®) and branched chain amino acids in a quality InstAA® 2:1:1 ratio from the vegetable fermentation with the addition of coconut water and mineral salts in the form of citrate.
