What is it?
BCAA Pro® from Yamamoto are BCAAs composed of quality Kyowa® amino acids, a world leader in the manufacture and synthesis of high quality ingredients produced using patented technology.
BCAA Pro® also contains vitamins B1 and B6 which contribute to normal energy metabolism.
BCAA Pro® Yamamoto® are BCAAs composed of L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine in a ratio of 2. 1 1 as well as vitamins B1 and B6.
These three amino acids are called "essential" because the human body is unable to synthesize them at sufficient speed. To meet our needs, it is therefore necessary to provide them through food. They are also called "branched-chain amino acids" or BCAA (branched-chain amino acid).
These BCAAs are of interest in sports nutrition since they are the only amino acids whose first stage of degradation is ensured by the muscles. In other words, they are the first to be degraded during muscular effort. They represent at least 1/3 of the essential amino acids entering into the composition of muscle proteins. In fact, these amino acids have many interests and benefits relating to the optimization of muscle synthesis, but also to energy and hormonal metabolism. Unfortunately, current legislation does not allow us to communicate about the benefits of BCAAs. We invite you to carry out your research on the scientific reference site: Pubmed.
BCAA Pro® uses raw material Kyowa®. Kyowa Hakko Bio Co. LTD is the world leader in high quality amino acid purification. The quality of their amino acids lies in their patented fermentation and synthesis technology which guarantees very high purity and efficiency even on an industrial scale. Kyowa® amino acids meet the most demanding quality assurance standards for the manufacture, development and marketing of ingredients for industries including the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and food sectors.
BCAA Pro from Yamamoto® therefore offers a complete formula of high-quality branched chain amino acids and B vitamins favorable to muscle metabolism which help prevent catabolism during and after intense physical exertion.
Take 5 tablets once daily with water or other favorite beverage, 30-40 minutes before training or competition, or immediately after.
On non-training days, the product can be taken at any time of the day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep out of reach of children under three years old. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
L-leucine (Kyowa Quality®), L-isoleucine (Kyowa Quality®), L-valine (Kyowa Quality®), Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1)
"During training, amino acids called BCAAs are destroyed. Bringing it during and after exercise therefore seems to be the best way to prevent this catabolism and at the same time avoid a loss of energy and endurance. Indeed, in addition to providing amino acids to the body to rebuild what has been "destroyed" during training, these make it possible to provide carbohydrates (from glycogen) that can be used instantly by the body. . BCAAs therefore seem to be the "essential" supplement during intense training, both in terms of endurance and recovery. However, there are a multitude of them on the market and not all of them are of good quality. BCAA Pro® uses Kyowa® quality for these amino acids, a label known and recognized for the quality and purity of its ingredients (which are also intended for pharmaceuticals). "
Opinion from a coach
“The nutritional regulation of anabolism is largely based on amino acids. Taking amino acids increases the rate of muscle protein synthesis. A low amount of the level of amino acids in the blood accentuates the appearance of muscle catabolism. It is the concentration of amino acids in blood plasma that primarily regulates muscle anabolism. When amino acids are present in sufficient quantities, then the body can help build muscle"
