Product description

Our intestinal microbiota is the set of living microorganisms in our digestive tract. It is made up of bacteria, yeasts and fungi.

Historically called “intestinal flora”, the microbiota is the largest surface of exchange between our body and the outside world, ahead of the skin.

There are 200 to 1,000 different bacterial species, representing up to 100,000 billion bacteria. Thus our body contains more bacteria than it has cells!

Our intestinal microbiota alone weighs around 1.5 kg.

When the bacteria that make up our intestinal microbiota coexist with our organism, we speak of symbiosis.

An imbalance of bacterial populations in our intestinal microbiota leads to dysfunctions that can be involved in the appearance of various pathologies.

It is therefore essential to maintain our intestinal microbiota, whether through a healthy and varied diet containing fiber and prebiotic nutrients or through a direct intake of probiotic strains .

● The microbiota, an organ in its own right, is made up of “good” micro-organisms that colonize our digestive tract.

● An imbalance of the microbiota leads to dysfunctions in the body: reduced immune defences, allergies, poor assimilation of food.

● Pollution and poor nutrition disturb our microbiota.

● The microbiota has difficulty adapting to intensive or prolonged exercise.

Maintaining the microbiota requires a varied diet, sufficient intake of vegetables and fibre.

● A food supplement based on lactic ferment can help rebalance the microbiota.

● One of the specificities of Pure Bio NUTRIPURE is to use a gastro-resistant capsule (DR caps), which is not degraded by the acidity of the stomach. Thus, the microorganisms arrive intact to the intestine.

Our human body and our microbiota are normally in a symbiotic relationship. But disturbances of one of the two can affect the other and unbalance the whole.

After being shaped in our first years of life, our microbiota stabilizes in adulthood. The microbiota is an “organ” influenced in particular by the environment and our diet which are likely to break its state of symbiosis: this is called dysbiosis. The following external disturbances can alter our microbiota:

● Intensive sport: although moderate physical activity limits the risk of infection, on the contrary intensive practice degrades the microbiota

Stress and lack of sleep: although occasional stress can be beneficial for pushing your limits, daily stress and fatigue disrupt the microbiota.

● Gastroenteritis: this digestive infection attacks the microbiota

● Antibiotics: broad-spectrum antibiotics s attack a large number of bacteria, which can unbalance the microbiota. These treatments can cause dysbiosis which can manifest as severe diarrhoea.

● Pollution, tobacco, alcohol and junk food. Several studies suggest that artificial sweeteners such as aspartame or sucralose disrupt the microbiota (reference 1 & reference 2).

Given its interactions with the whole body, there are visible signs of dysfunctions of the intestinal microbiota. Your microbiota can be disturbed when you experience digestive disorders (accelerated or slowed transit, bloating, abdominal pain); infectious disorders (ENT, urinary and vaginal, bronchi and lungs); rapid weight gain and a priori unexplained; manifestations of allergy (atopic eczema, asthma, allergic rhino-conjunctivitis)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

We recommend take 2 capsules per day of Pure Bio for 3 months after an infectious episode, and not less than 6 weeks.

For athletes, after an attack cure of 1 to 2 months, we recommend limiting daily intake to 1 capsule per day.

The use of Pure Bio is interesting associated with Glutamine in the context of chronic digestive problems. L-GLUTAMINE is recommended during exercise on the one hand to nourish the intestinal cells and on the other hand to fight against intestinal permeability.

The microbiota is a fragile organ that has difficulty adapting to intensive or prolonged effort.

Store in a cool place with a temperature below 25°C.

Take preferably before breakfast, this is when the acidity will be minimal in the stomach.
