Many of us use rolled oats on a daily basis, which is why we needed the best quality.

You just bought these awesome rolled oats with this great description, but find yourself in the kitchen not knowing what to do with them. And that's where our coach Jazzy's porridge recipe comes in!
40g of rolled oats
250ml of vegetable milk or cow's milk
1 banana
2 teaspoon of peanut butter
In a saucepan add the oats, mashed banana, milk and peanut butter, cook over low heat, stirring often for 5 to 7 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and leave to cool then add 40g of spelled cereal on top, then add a topping / fruit or not of your choice.
