Beta-Alanine Carnosyn®
This label corresponds to beta-alanine to immediate release.
Beta-alanine (β-Alanine) is a non-essential amino acid since it is synthesized by our body (by the liver). This amino acid is not proteinogenic, that is, it is not incorporated into proteins during the RNA translation process. Furthermore, it is not involved in protein biosynthesis.
In contrast, β-Alanine is the component of certain peptides (chains of amino acids) such as carnosine, by binding to the amino acid histidine. β-Alanine levels determine the concentration of carnosine in the body, so it is a limiting factor in its synthesis (see reference 1 / reference 2). It is also a component of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5).

Creapure® is the most studied form of creatine and has been shown to be safe and effective. Creatine, which occurs naturally in the body, plays a crucial role in the body's energy metabolism. If energy is needed, ATP (adenosine triphosphate = energy currency of the cell) is converted into ADP (adenosine diphosphate). Eventually, the body converts ADP to ATP using food-derived energy, but this takes time, and muscle cells can only store enough ATP to allow a few seconds of high-intensity work. Therefore, creatine supplementation is substantial in ensuring high levels of phosphocreatine.
Creapure® is the most studied form of creatine and has been shown to be safe and effective.

Bioperine®
Black pepper extract (BioPerine ® ) is a standardized extract, prepared from the dried fruits of Piper nigrum (black pepper) and contains a minimum of 95% Piperine. It is clinically studied for its ability to improve nutrient bioavailability. It's been well recognized as a bioavailability enhancer for nearly two decades, and it's the only source of black pepper to have undergone clinical studies in the United States and several other countries, proving its safety and its effectiveness for nutritional purposes.

L-Citrulline: It is a non-proteinogenic amino acid, that is to say that it does not intervene in the biosynthesis of proteins. It allows the synthesis of nitric oxide, essential for the functioning of the body.
