Current zinc recommendations are based on obsolete measurement methods that greatly underestimate zinc requirements (around 50%). If we add to this almost 20% additional zinc requirements due to intensive training, the recommended daily dose becomes 30 mg for men and 15 mg for women.

Advice of our professionals
Coach's opinion: Zinc is an essential mineral for the human body.
The practice of sport and foods depleted in minerals due to mass production, lead to deficiencies in most people.
I also strongly recommend it to people over 40 for its effect on hormones.
