What is it?






Mr. Popper´s ® Sweet Potato Clean Carbs is a special mix for the preparation of cold drinks specially produced from sweet potato powder, rich in complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber with moderate levels of other micronutrients.
M. Popper´s ® Sweet Potato Clean Carbs is a natural powder with a natural flavor that can also be used in baking or confectionery.

The glycemic index of sweet potatoes is moderate (50 to 70). It is particularly rich in vitamins A, B6, B9 and C and contains trace elements such as copper and manganese.


Sweet potato has high antioxidant potential because it contains carotenoids.


It is also a basifying food (-8.19 on the Pral index).


Sweet potatoes are the preferred food for athletes.
With almost zero fat and 5g of fiber on average, sweet potatoes can be combined with most diets.
Sweet potatoes can also be eaten dry or for weight gain!








Recommended dosage: 30g (3/4 scoop) mix with 200ml cold water and stir vigorously until you get a creamy consistency. Use the Amix™ shaker or blender to mix. You can drink immediately.


You can also make crêpes or pancakes with this incredible sweet potato flour.

  • In Galette - Mix 50g of sweet potato flour with 3 whole organic eggs and cook in a non-stick pan.
  • In Shaker - Mix 50g of sweet potato flour with a dose of protein powder like isolate.
  • Cake - Substitute sweet potato powder for any flour in your recipes.
